The 9th Annual Southeast US-Canadian Provinces Alliance

The 9th SEUS-CP Alliance Conference will once again feature a business to business (B2B) meeting program. The conference, set to take place May 26 – 28th in Nashville Tennessee, is seeking B2B participants for its extensive matchmaking sessions between participant companies.

SEUS-CP, the South Eastern United States Canadian Provinces Alliance is a strategic partnership of State and Provincial delegations for the purpose of furthering trade between Canada and the United States. Each year, they invite business leaders from their regions for networking opportunities in a chosen set of sectors. This year’s featured sectors are: Healthcare, Entertainment and Transportation, with a theme of Gaining Competitive Advantage to Sustain Economic Growth.

The organizing committee for SEUS CP 2016 is made up of each of the jurisdictions: Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

Each will be recruiting top quality, small & medium sized companies as well as larger organizations, known also as Anchor Companies, to participate in the B2B matchmaking program. Companies will be from the healthcare (IT/Medical Devices), Entertainment (film, music, digital media), and Transportation (automotive, rail, watercraft, air) sectors with an emphasis on cross-cutting digital and mobile technologies. Companies will be manufacturers, technology providers, agents & distributors, retailers and corporate customers, all of whom are intent on discovering how working within the SEUS CP Trade Development Initiative can help improve their businesses.
